This cottage *** for 2 adults and a child has a South-facing façade and West-facing gable. The ground-floor comprises a 27 square-meter large living room, a sitting room with a fireplace, TV and DIGITL TV. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a micro-wave oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment and dish-washer.
Toilet with wash hand basin.
On the first floor, there is one 15 square-meter room with a kingsize bed (160 cm)and a bed for a child (70 cm).
There is  also a bathroom ( 9 square- meters) with a bath, a shower and a separate toilet.

The booking deposit is 25% of the rental price.

The security deposit is 300 euros and the balance should be paid on arrival.
