Le Levant

This cottage *** for 4 people has a South-facing façade and East-facing gable. The ground-floor comprises a 27 square-meter large living room, a sitting room with a stove, TV, DIGITAL TV, DVD player. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a micro-wave oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment and dish-washer.
Toilet with wash hand basin.
On the first floor, there are 2 rooms :  one is 12 square-meters large and has a kingsize bed, the other one is 11 square-meters large and has 2 single beds. There is  also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Outside in the yard : terrace with table and chairs.

Rental prices in 2012 

Prices include bed linen ( fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) towels, tablecloth, place mats, tea towels.

Water and electricity costs are included. 
The booking deposit is 25% of the rental price.

The security deposit is 300 euros and the balance should be paid on arrival.
